1. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs the conditions for cooperation between Decknmils (hereinafter referred to as the “Retailer”) and the supplier (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”) in the field of dropshipping. The supplier provides the retailer with products which the retailer sells via their online WooCommerce platform.
2. Order Process and Shipping

The retailer submits orders to the supplier via WooCommerce.

The supplier is responsible for packaging and shipping to the end customer.

The tracking number is provided to the retailer in a timely manner.
-
The supplier ensures that products are shipped within 5 days of receiving the order.
3. Payment Terms
-
The retailer pays the agreed purchase price to the supplier.
-
Payment methods are determined separately and may be made via bank transfer or PayPal.
-
The retailer can manage invoices and payments directly through WooCommerce.
4. Liability and Returns
-
The supplier is responsible for faulty or damaged products.
-
Returns are handled in accordance with the agreed-upon policies.
-
The supplier reimburses the retailer for faulty or undelivered items.
5. Contract Duration and Termination

The agreement comes into effect upon signature.
-
Both parties may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

In the event of non-compliance with delivery times or quality issues, the retailer may terminate the contract without notice.
6. Other Provisions
-
Changes must be made in writing.
-
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
-
Disputes shall be resolved before a competent court in Germany.
Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items Eligible for Return
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be sealed in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged (if applicable), and suitable for resale.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Free gifts and promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

Return the item you have.

Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day EU Withdrawal Period
In accordance with EU law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the goods are shipped to an EU country.
Requirements:

Item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging

Receipt or proof of purchase is required
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
